Practice Services and Fees

At Divine Healing & Nurturing Therapy, we provide compassionate, client-centered mental health services designed to support your journey toward healing and growth. Our holistic approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a focus on mind-body wellness. We offer self-pay options to ensure your privacy and personalized care, and we also accept Health/Flexible Spending Accounts (H/FSA). Please note that we do not accept insurance or provide superbills for reimbursement. However, federal law (The No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate) mandates our client’s rights to know what they’re paying up front prior to beginning treatment. View the cost for our services below, and be sure to ask your therapist about a Good Faith Estimate during your consultation.

Our commitment is to create a transparent, safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your path to well-being. At this time, all services are offered virtually through a secure telehealth platform.

Phone Consult

No Cost for 20 minutes

A free 20-minute phone consultation offers a no-obligation opportunity to connect and determine if our services are the right fit for your needs. During this brief conversation, we’ll discuss your concerns, answer any questions about our approach, and explore how therapy can support your goals. It’s a chance for you to share what you’re looking for in a therapist and to get a feel for whether our practice aligns with your needs. This consult is a first step toward building a therapeutic relationship in a comfortable, low-pressure way.

Intake Session

$175 for 50 to 75 minutes

An intake session is a comprehensive, 75-minute appointment designed to gather essential information about you and your biopsychosocial history. During this session, we’ll discuss your current concerns, past experiences, and personal goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about our therapeutic approach and to address any questions you might have. The intake process helps us tailor our services to best meet your needs and sets the foundation for a collaborative and effective therapeutic journey. This is a one-time payment for new clients only. This service is offered to all those age 12 and up.

Family Therapy

$160 for 60 minutes

Family therapy consists of 60-minute sessions designed to improve communication and resolve conflicts within the family unit. This collaborative approach involves all relevant family members working together with a therapist to address relational dynamics, understand each other's perspectives, and develop strategies for positive change. By focusing on the family as a whole, rather than just individual issues, family therapy aims to strengthen relationships, enhance understanding, and support a healthier family environment. It’s a space where everyone can voice their concerns and contribute to solutions, fostering a more cohesive and supportive family dynamic.

Individual Therapy

$150 for 50 minutes

Individual therapy (including EMDR) involves one-on-one sessions lasting 50 minutes, where you work directly with your therapist to explore and address personal challenges. This confidential space allows for deep exploration of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, providing a supportive environment to develop coping strategies and achieve your therapeutic goals. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on building self-awareness, managing stress, and fostering personal growth. Through regular sessions, you’ll receive guidance and support to navigate life’s difficulties and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. This service is offered to all those ages 12 and up, and this fee is equally applied to those seeking EMDR therapy.

Multidisciplinary Meetings

$75/per hour

In certain situations for adolescent clients, it may be beneficial for your therapist to participate in multidisciplinary meetings outside of the therapeutic environment, such as Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Reviews, 504 Plan Meetings, or other consultations with schools or organizations. These meetings are designed to support a comprehensive approach to your well-being and ensure that the therapeutic goals are aligned with the educational or developmental needs discussed in these settings. This service is offered to adolescent clients only at the request and written consent of the child’s parent/guardian.

At Divine Healing & Nurturing Therapy, we believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health care, regardless of financial circumstances. If you are experiencing financial limitations and cannot afford our standard rates, we offer a “Pay What You Can” program to support individuals seeking mental health services.

How It Works

Step 1: Request an Appointment

  • By clicking the orange button on our website that says “Request an Appointment,” you can request a free, 20 minute phone consultation with Dionne at a day and time of your choice. You will be prompted to put in your contact information and your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged at this time. You will receive an automated email notifying you that your appointment is awaiting confirmation from Dionne. Appointment requests are typically approved within 24 hours or less.

Step 2: Check Your Email.

  • Be on the lookout for an email notifying you that your appointment request has been approved. Once it has been approved, you’ll be prompted to open up your client portal and sign some essential documents including the Informed Consent and the Notice of Privacy Practices among other initial documents.

Step 3: Set Up Your Client Portal.

  • After signing your essential forms, we encourage that you download the SimplePractice app (available on iOS and Google Play) and set up your client portal online. This includes adding a form of payment to your account and updating your account information. The client portal through the SimplePractice app is the primary mode of communication with the therapist and the main hub for managing your appointments where you can cancel and request more appointments as well as access all of your signed documents.

Step. 4: Get Ready For Your Appointment.

  • We highly encourage completing the forms sent to you prior to your scheduled consultation, as this gives your therapist time to review your paperwork and get an idea of what you’re looking for in treatment prior to your appointment. These forms include providing your demographics as well as completing the intake questionnaire. If you’re interested in a reduced fee, your phone consultation would be the perfect opportunity to share this with your therapist.

Step 5: Schedule Your Intake Appointment.

  • During your phone consultation with your therapist, you can decide if you’d like to move forward with services, starting with scheduling your Intake Appointment. Practice policies require that we take a non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of scheduling in order to secure your appointment on the calendar. For clients who are seeking a reduced fee, you will need to complete a “Pay What You Can” Application prior to scheduling your Intake Appointment. Once a fee has been agreed upon and a Reduced Fee Agreement has been signed by all parties, you may contact the practice to schedule your Intake Appointment. Clients enrolled in the “Pay What You Can” Program are required to pay 50% of their reduced fee as a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment on the calendar.
